The expert team of Federation of Indigenous Apiarists took up on 13 August 2024 a skilling programme for 31 KUDUMBASREE all women team of officials and familiarized with the nuances of Apiculture in Kerala. Practical activities provided them with confident exposure about handling of honeybee  colonies.

They were apprised about commercial apiculture and honey marketing. Lessons on

Commerciliisation of other hive products such as bee wax, propolis and pollen were also given.
